"I am so grateful for a school that is focused on giving kids their best every day. Having our son attend Virginia Academy has been a wonderful experience. The academic challenge here is much greater than the private schools he has attended in the area. We were recently presented with a challenging dynamic, for which I was extremely pleased with the support and speed for which the teacher, principal, and even the headmaster intervened to provide. This level of caring and dedication from the teachers and administration helps both our child and our family know that we've chosen the right school. Thank you, Virginia Academy!"

Virginia Academy is a ministry of Community Church, which is led by Pastor and Chancellor, Dr. Charles David Whitlow Sr. Dr. Whitlow oversees an executive team, which includes an executive director of schools and camps. The executive team provides the overall spiritual, financial, and strategic oversight and direction for the school. The day to day operations of the school are overseen by Executive Director, Pastor Michael E. Taylor, and led by its divisional principals/directors. The divisional directors/principals along with key administrative support collaboratively provide the ongoing educational leadership of its faculty and staff and all schools and camps programming. Virginia Academy's governance and leadership is comprised of committed followers of Jesus Christ who consider themselves privileged to serve Him, their church, and the families of Loudoun County and abroad. They serve in full understanding that not only are they accountable to the parents and children they serve, but also to Leesburg Pike Community Church, its lead pastor and board of elders, and ultimately to God.
